How is the vehicle load capacity module defined?
Historical consultation based on binding DGT ruling V0217-09 dated 6 February 2009 and the Ministerial Orders cited below.
The load capacity of a vehicle or combination of vehicles is the difference between its maximum authorised total mass, taking into account any administrative limitations shown on the vehicle’s technical inspection card, and the sum of the tare weights of the vehicles carrying the load (the unladen weight of the truck, trailer, semi-trailer and tractor unit). It is expressed, as applicable, in kilograms or tonnes; tonnes are stated to two decimal places.
For tractor units that use different semi-trailers, the tractor unit’s tare weight is assessed at no more than 8 tonnes.

I had a really urgent problem in the middle of the summer that I needed to get fixed. I tried contacting a bunch of agencies but they were either unavailable, slow, had terrible service or were crazy expensive (one company quoted me 1000€!). Josep replied to me within 10 minutes and managed to submit my forms on the deadline and all for a great price. He saved my life - 100% recommend!
